Chapter of my life

Hey everyone...it's been a while since i posted but i'm back!!! Well, yesterday was my birthday and it was a really good one. I'm finally 21 and it made me think, "wow, i'm officially an adult!". This is a new chapter in my life now. Besides the fact that i can buy and consume alcohol legally, i am now not going to be looked at as the kid who can't go out with his friends because i'm the only one under age. All these past years living with my parents have led up to this!! I know i've been on my own now for two years now but i feel like i can't go back to the time when i was my mom's angel and i was just a few steps away. Turning 21 makes me realize how far from that happy and drama free life i had. My mom sent me a card saying how happy she was and how she cried on the day i was born. That was 21 years ago. Reading that made me cry because it reminded me of how much love and how happy she is with me. Me and my mom are two different people but the relationship we have is so strong. No matter how far away i am from her. I'm her one and only son and love her soo much. I can't go back to when i was with her nor can i turn back time and re-do things i have done in the past. Now that i'm 21 i can only choose to do whats right and make my self and my mom happy. The only thing i can tell you people is that you need to tell your parents you love them. Time flies by so quickly and before you know it you're 21 or older!!! Where does the time go? Life is too short to take your relationships and loved ones for granted!! I'm so thankful for the life God has given me!!!

Happy 4th of july

Hey everyone and happy fourth of july.....the day our founding fathers signed a piece of paper freeing us from england. Wow, i actually remember something from school! Anyways, tonight was good....i went to celebration to watch fireworks with some really good friends from work. I was surprised... Celebration really turned it out with their fireworks display. For such a small community, i was very impressed with their fireworks. I love how holidays put people in good spirits and lets everyone have a good time. I looked around and saw families, couples, and just the whole nine yards. Everyone was happy. Fourth of July is great! Ok everyone....i made this one short and sweet. Have a goodnight!!
